Craig founded Thibodaux Physical Therapy in 1980. He is a 1977 graduate of LSU School of Physical Therapy. Craig began his career at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, La., as a staff therapist. He is currently in his 28th year of practice in the Thibodaux community. Craig is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association, having served as a member of its board of directors. His clinic is a member of the Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN) and he currently serves on its board of directors. Craig is active in his community having served as Chairman of the Board of the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce in 1991.
Craig is a 1992 graduate of LSU Medical Center School of Physical Therapy. Craig has specialized in orthopedic rehabilitation for over 15 years in a private practice setting. Craig is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and currently a board member of the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association. He has been an active member of the Thibodaux Lions Club since 1993 having served as its president in 1996. For many years,Craig has coordinated sending local physically and mentally challenged children to the Louisiana Lions Camp. Craig also coaches young athletes in the community in many sports such as soccer, basketball and baseball.
Tonya is a 1995 graduate of Nicholls State University receiving her Bachelor of Science degree. She completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at LSU Medical Center in 1998. Tonya is currently certified in Leduc Method for Lymphedema treatment. She has spent the last 10 years working in an outpatient setting with emphasis in orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurologically involved patients.
Lynette has been employed at Thibodaux Physical Therapy since March 1993. Her job duties consist of typing all therapists' documentation and sending reports to the physicians. She is also a P.T. Tech and assists patients with their treatment and exercises. In addition, she also performs all gym registrations for the fitness center. Lynnette is a graduate of H.L. Bourgeois High School. She is married to Carl Casteigne, and they have 2 sons, Bryce and Taylor.
Lynette has been employed at Thibodaux Physical Therapy since October 2003. She is responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and verifying Insurance benefits. She is also the medical records custodian. She is a graduate of Thibodaux High School. She enjoys spending time with her family, Chris Aysen step daughter Leah and two grown sons Jeremy and Jacob. She is a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic church. She is also a member and 3rd vice president of the Schriever Lions Club.
Candy is a 1994 graduate of Thibodaux High School and a life ling resident of Thibodaux. She began employment at Thibodaux Physical Therapy in the summer of 2004. As insurance clerk her responsibilities are filing insurance claims to insurance companies and following up on claim denials. She is also the accounts payable and accounts receivable clerk. In addition to being responsible for patient accounts she assists with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and verifying patient insurance benefits. She enjoys the outdoors, fishing and swimming. Candy is newly married and loves spending time with her husband Adam Folse of Vacherie, LA.
Lindsay Price is a 2003 graduate of E.D. White Catholic High School. From there, she completed four years at Dillard University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. Lindsay joined the staff at Thibodaux Physical Therapy as a physical therapy technician in November of 2007. Her responsibilities include setting up patients on electrical stimulation, giving ultrasounds, and applying hot or cold treatments. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Lindsay is currently applying to physical therapy school in hopes of obtaining a doctorate in physical therapy.
Lori is a resident of Vacherie, LA. She is a 2005 graduate of Ascension Catholic High School. Currently a senior attending Nicholls State University, Lori is majoring in Biology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. Upon graduation in the fall of 2008, Lori hopes to pursue her doctorate degree in physical therapy. In November 2007, she joined the staff at Thibodaux Physical Therapy as a physical therapy technician. Her role is to assist the physical therapists in patients exercise and treatment. In her spare time, Lori enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
